The site shares information about our recovery residences, our program, and how to apply. It is not a portal for medical records or emergency help. If you are in crisis, call 988 or 911.

The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to Patrick's Foundation, Inc. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Using the site normally
Read it, share it, and contact us. Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site or submit false information through it.
Third-party tools
Our application form is hosted by SobrietyHub, and we use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel when you consent. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
