Why Lease to Us

We take care of the houses we lease.

We take great pride in our homes and keep them clean, warm, and nice to live in.
Every new house is run the same way as the homes we already have.
✓Rent paid on time. You are paid every month by an organization that has been housing people in Northern California for years.
✓Upkeep taken care of. Our staff are in the house, and we handle routine upkeep for as long as the lease runs.
✓Long-term leases. We sign multi-year leases, so you are not left with an empty house or looking for new tenants.
Kept clean
Everyone in the house has chores, and we teach residents how to do them well.
Structure in every house
Each home has house meetings, weekly groups, and extra structure during a resident’s first two weeks.
An experienced team
Our founder, Dana Holcomb, has worked in recovery services for 17 years, and many of our staff have been through recovery themselves.
Good for your community
Your house gives people a safe, stable place to get well and get ready for a home of their own.

What We Look For

Here is what usually works for us.

If your house doesn’t check every box, call us anyway. We would still like to hear about it.
✓Four or more bedrooms, single-family or multi-unit
✓Close to a bus line, grocery stores, and doctors
✓Somewhere in Northern California. Right now we are in Humboldt, Nevada, and Tehama counties.
